Hi, I’m Michael, a passionate registered dietitian-nutritionist and fitness coach with over a decade of experience in guiding individuals to their healthiest selves. My approach is thoughtful, friendly, and entirely personalized to your unique needs.
With extensive skills and experiences developed over the past ten years as an in-person and online fitness coach, I specialize in muscle-building and weight management. Throughout this journey, I’ve also obtained my nutrition and food science degree at Middle Tennessee State University and a comprehensive internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center; which meets the rigorous requirements to become a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, ensuring a thorough and holistic approach to your health.
